Your data may be used for the Akshintala Lab’s research, training, and operations. The platform is provided “as is,” and you use it at your own risk. PRISM is proprietary software and may not be copied, duplicated, or distributed.
By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) data entered into this platform may be used for research, training, and operational purposes by the Akshintala Lab and affiliated researchers; (2) neither the creators of this platform, Johns Hopkins University, nor any individuals affiliated with the development or operation of this application shall be held liable for any data breaches, data loss, corruption of devices, unauthorized access, or any other damages arising from the use of this platform; (3) this platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied; and (4) you use this platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; and (5) PRISM is proprietary software owned by its developer — the application, its source code, design, and content may not be copied, duplicated, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or otherwise reproduced without express written permission.
